Explicación del montaje de FITFIRE
FITFIRE HT1000
Sistema FITFIRE HT1000 para la reparación permanente de evacuaciones de combustibles sólidos, tales como chimeneas y hornos de leña o industriales. Probada con llama directa. Gracias a su composición en material textil y cerámico refractario que impregnado con resinas especiales da un producto capaz de garantizar incombustibilidad, sin fisuras a altas temperaturas y mantener sus características a temperaturas continuas de hasta 600ºC.
Para combustibles sólidos, estufas de leña, estufas de pelet, hornos y chimeneas industriales.
Cumple todas las normativas de seguridad en el trabajo, ambientales y reducción de la contaminación. Cuenta con el certificado CE (Confirmación Europea).
Características técnicas de Fitfire HT1000:
❋ Resistencia al fuego : Clase B-S1, Temperatura Máxima de 600ºC
☒ Densidad del producto: 1,17 G/cm3
☉ Espesor del tubo: 4-5 mm.
⎋ Rugosidad interna: <0,4mm.
✓ Garantía de 10 años.

Sistema continuo sin juntas.
Aumenta 20-30% la velocidad de evacuación de humos respecto a conductos de acero inoxidable.
Se adapta a todos los sectores de la chimenea existente de forma circular, oval, triangular o rectangular.

Material autoportante: no necesita sistemas de anclaje.
